Maintain tax parcels and other spatial information for county and city. Tax parcels are mapped using submitted surveys and deeds using ESRI's ArcInfo program. Develop and maintain maps as requested by all departments within the county, city and the public. Some examples are zoning maps, tax maps, roads maps. Entry of new information using a variety of sources including Global Positioning System (GPS). Developed and maintain GIS website with ArcIMS. Development of Coldfusion website to display Cadastral information. Supervision of GIS intern from Elizabeth City State University.
