| On Friday, June 27, representatives from the Virginia Air & Space Center conducted workshops on energy and earth science. Students in the Elizabeth City program were joined by participants in the Zion Baptist Church summer program and the Winston Salem State University summer program. The workshops were designed to meet the Virginia Standards of Learning Guidelines and stimulate students interests in the fields of air, space, science, and technology. |
