On November 2-3, 2005, representatives from Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) and the University of New Hampshire (UNH) met at UNH to discuss the Remote Sensing Explorer's Project. Traveling from Elizabeth City were Dr. Linda Hayden, Dr. Kathleen Fischer, and Dr. William Porter. Project members from UNH include Dr. Barrett Rock, Dr. George Hurtt, Dr. Karen Graham, and Dr. Cameron Wake.
